Where I typically add value

There’s no one-size-fits-all. Sometimes, all it takes is the right input at the right moment:

  • For example, early on, to sharpen your win strategy and key messaging, and again just before submission. In this scenario, I’ll work with you to develop a strong, client-focused executive summary that sets the tone for the entire proposal and return later for a focused review to help refine the language, adjust the structure where needed, and make sure your story stays sharp to the end. 

  • Deadlines don’t move – but internal capacity does. When clients are facing a high-stakes bid with too little time or too many moving parts, I take over where needed: from managing the process to writing critical content. Whether I’m coordinating teams, cleaning up structure, or crafting compelling content from scratch – I make sure the proposal doesn’t just get done, but done right.

  • The written proposal is done – now it’s about making an impact in the room. In pitch presentations, I help teams focus on what really matters: clarity, relevance, and presence. Together, we refine the storyline, sharpen the key messages, anticipate tough questions, and build the confidence needed for a compelling performance. So your team doesn’t just present – it persuades.
