In my previous roles — as Head of Pitching Continental Europe at a Magic Circle law firm and as senior bid lead for complex outsourced workforce programs at a global recruitment firm — I created smooth workflows, built strong teams, and steered complex, high-value bids to success.
For over a decade, I’ve led bids end-to-end, from presales to final BAFO. I bring structure, focus, and clear results at every stage. Whether it’s a rapid turnaround or a multi-stage RFP, I keep teams aligned and moving forward. I hold a law degree plus certifications as a business coach, quality manager, and APMP proposal professional, the global standard for developing and demonstrating bid, proposal, and capture competency.
